BIO

Hi, I am Marc Tran, founder of Martial Yoga.
I am a martial artist and a yoga teacher.


I have been practicing taekwondo for more than 20 years.
3 years ago I started yoga and it literally changed my whole life. Since I have been cultivating a daily practice (meditation, movement, mobility...) of around 3-4 hours per day.
I have been lucky to learn from various teachers and it is now my time to share these tools (yoga, martial art, meditation, mindset) with others. 

My mission is to empower people to grow into their potential using mindset, mobility and skills.

FAQs

How long do I have access to?

You will have a lifelong access to all sessions in replay. You will also have access to the empowering Facebook group and to me by direct messaging, during the whole program.
All the sessions will be recorded and uploaded.

When does the program start?

The program will start on the 9th of March and will finish on the 25th of May

When will the group coaching session take place?

Once everyone has enrolled we will set a fixed time and date that will suit everybody for the group coaching sessions.

What is the time commitment?

I would recommend you to dedicate around 5 hours a week to the program to get results.
The more time and energy you invest, the more results you will get out of it.
