BIO

Hi, I am Marc Tran, founder of Martial Yoga.
I am a martial artist and a yoga teacher.


I have been practicing taekwondo for more than 20 years.
3 years ago I started yoga and it literally changed my whole life. Since I have been cultivating a daily practice (meditation, movement, mobility...) of around 3-4 hours per day.
I have been lucky to learn from various teachers and it is now my time to share these tools (yoga, martial art, meditation, mindset) with others. 

My mission is to empower people to grow into their potential using mindset, mobility and skills.


FAQs

Can I unsubscribe at anytime?

Yes, you can unsubscribe at anytime. Youare not tied with the length of the membership unless you chose the yearly one.

Will they be new content available for me?

Yes I will be recording outdoor sequences that will be updated regularly into the library.

I have never been flexible. Can I improve?

Yes, you can improve.
Suppleness and strength are skills, therefore they are trainable, with dedicated efforts and consistency. If you invest the time and follow some guidance you can literally transform yourself.

What do I need to practice ?

You need a flat floor, and if you want a bit more comfort you can get a yoga mat.
I am a minimalist in my life and in my practice. I believe in " less is more ".
You can do a tremendous amount of beautiful things with your own bodyweight and a pair of gymnastic rings.


Why practicing with me ?

My mission is to empower people to tap into their potential and cultivate growth, energy and suppleness.

What makes my approach unique is the blend of yoga, martial arts,  calisthenics and meditation.

You will learn to be self-discipline, set yourself goals and learn skills.
We will make you adopt and develop a growth mindset.

I am not a teacher for everyone, and I am ok with that. I am demanding with myself and with people. 
Growth happens at the end of your comfort zone and this is where we will practice.

I have never practiced yoga before. Is that an issue?

Every beginner is welcome to start their journey.
It is never too late to start, it is better now than never. 
The more you wait the harder it will be
